This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through  SeaWild and should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Return & Refund Policy.

SeaWild Services Ltd is a UK registered company operating from Cornwall, United Kingdom.

Shipping & Delivery

SeaWild apparel and merchandise are currently fulfilled and distributed through our integrated print-on-demand production partner, Teemill.

As many SeaWild products are made to order, delivery times may vary depending on product type, production demand, destination country, and seasonal periods.

Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within:

  • 1–5 working days for production
  • plus estimated shipping times shown below

Orders are not usually processed on weekends or UK public holidays.

During busy periods, launches, promotions, or seasonal demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: approximately 2–5 working days

Europe

  • Standard Shipping: approximately 5–10 working days

International

  • Standard Shipping: approximately 7–21 working days

Please note these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed.

Delays caused by customs processing, courier disruption, weather, strikes, international transport disruption, or events outside our control may occasionally occur.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • destination country
  • product size/weight
  • order quantity

From time to time, SeaWild may offer free shipping promotions or discounted delivery offers.

International Orders & Customs

International customers may be responsible for:

  • import duties
  • customs fees
  • local taxes
  • handling charges

These charges are determined by the destination country and are outside the control of SeaWild Services Ltd.

SeaWild is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Tracking Information

Where available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Some lower-cost international shipping methods may not include full end-to-end tracking.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate at checkout.

SeaWild cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number
  • photographs of the damage
  • a brief description of the issue

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will work with the fulfilment provider and courier to investigate.

Sustainability

SeaWild products are produced using print-on-demand manufacturing to reduce overproduction and unnecessary waste.

Packaging and fulfilment methods may vary depending on destination and product type.
